1. Overview

Thanks for shopping with The Happy Brand — where every item is made with love, one shirt (or hoodie) at a time. Because all products are made to order and fulfilled through our trusted production partners, our return guidelines work differently from traditional retail.

Please review the policy below before placing your order.


2. Returns & Exchanges

Because each item is made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Wrong size selected
  • Buyer’s remorse
  • Style or color changes
  • Ordering the wrong product

👉 Please double-check the size chart before purchasing.


3. Damaged, Misprinted, or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, we’ll make it right.

To request a replacement:

  • Email info@thehappybrand.com within 7 days of delivery
  • Include the following:
    • A photo of the issue
    • A brief description of the problem

Once we receive the details, we’ll coordinate with our print partner to send you a replacement at no additional cost.


4. Cancellations

Because production begins shortly after an order is placed, cancellations cannot be guaranteed.

If you made a mistake, contact us immediately at info@thehappybrand.com and we’ll do our best to help — as long as production hasn’t started yet.
