Thanks for shopping with The Happy Brand, where every item is made with love, one shirt (or hoodie) at a time. Because all products are made to order and fulfilled through our trusted U.S. production partners, here’s what you can expect when it comes to shipping.


2. Shipping Locations

At this time, The Happy Brand ships within the United States only.
We hope to expand to international shipping in the future.


3. Free Shipping Policy

We offer free standard shipping within the contiguous United States (the lower 48 states).

Orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico are not eligible for free shipping. Shipping costs for these locations will be calculated at checkout and are the responsibility of the customer.


4. Production & Processing Times

All items are made to order and typically ship within:

2–5 business days

Production times may vary during high-volume seasons such as holidays.


5. Estimated Shipping Times

Once shipped, estimated transit times are:

USA: 2–5 business days

Please note: Shipping estimates may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or holiday volume.


6. Where Your Order Ships From

Orders are fulfilled at our trusted partner facilities across the United States. To get your order to you as quickly as possible, we ship from the facility closest to your delivery address whenever possible.


7. Tracking Information

You’ll receive a tracking email as soon as your order ships. If you don’t see it:

  • Check your spam or promotions folder

  • If tracking doesn’t appear within 48 hours of shipment, feel free to reach out.
